2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 thin cube steaks
1 tsp oil
1 cup prepared brown gravy

Combine first 4 ingredients. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Roll up jelly-roll style; ten fasten with toothpick. Brown in oil. Add gravy; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until steaks are tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
