1/2 cup fresh lime juice, about 6 limes
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp dried oregano and pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
4 clove garlic, chopped
2 (10 oz) boneless sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch strips
2 tsp olive oil
2 cups sliced onion
1 cup yellow and red pepper strips
3 cups cooked hot long-grain rice

Combine first 7 ingredients in a resealable bag. Add steak; seal and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserve marinade.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add steak; cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add reserved marinade and vegetables, cook 6 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates. Serve over rice. Serves 4
