1 1/2 cups medium chunky picante sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 lb beef shoulder or top sirloin steak, cut 3/4 inch thick

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add beef. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade and remove onions and grill separately from steaks over medium hot coals. Turn steaks once or twice.
