1 large egg white
2 tbsp favorite rub or seasonings
1 tsp salt (preferably Kosher)
3 cups roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds or mixed nuts
Olive oil spray

Whisk the egg white until frothy. Add the rub and the salt. Add the nuts and stir to coat well. Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil and spread nuts in a single layer. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
