12 oz jar sweet orange marmalade
4-5 oz can diced green chili peppers
1/8 – 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cook roasted pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
1 loaf French bread, cut into slices and toasted or crackers

In a saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients and stir until marmalade has dissolved. Place medallion onto bread, spoon approximately 1 tsp salsa on top.
