4 slices bacon, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill weed (optional)
4 cup shredded leaf lettuce
1/3 cup chopped green onions

Fry bacon in 10 inch skillet. Beat eggs with vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and dill weed; add to skillet. Cook for several minutes until heated through, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add lettuce and green onions. Toss until wilted. Spoon into serving dish. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
