1 7-1/2 oz can crab mest, drained & flaked
1 tbsp green onion, sliced
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 pkg flaky style refrigerated rolls
1 5 oz can water chestnuts, sliced

Combine crab, green onion, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder: blend well. Separate each roll into three layers. Place on ungreased baking sheet, spoon on crab mixture, equally. Top with one slice water chestnut. Bake for 12 minutes at 400.
