1 (6 oz) can crabmeat drained, flaked and cleaned
1/2 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
1 (2 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
1/4 cup crushed Triscuits
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
Dash pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
6 sheets thawed phyllo dough

Filling: Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tbsp butter. Toss to mix. Set aside.

Unfold phyllo dough; spread one sheet with butter and repeat with one more sheet. Cover with a third sheet. Cover all of this with a damp cloth. Cut stack into fourths lengthwise and into fifths crosswise.

Using half the filling, place 1 tsp in center of each square. Form into a bundle by bring edges of square up to top of filling; press edges together and twist top slightly. Place upright in 2 greased 8 inch squared baking dishes. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough and filling. Brush all bundles with butter. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Note: These can be frozen for up to 6 months before baking. If frozen, let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes to thaw before baking.
