4 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Divide greens among 4 dinner plates. Top evenly with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro. Serves 4
