16 jumbo shrimp
1/3 cup Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon peel, grated
1/2 tsp sugar
1 (20 oz) can chunk pineapple
Leaving the shell on tails, peel and devein shrimp if needed.
Combine teriyaki sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, lemon peel and a little pineapple juice in med bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat, reserving sauce mixture.
Place 1 pineapple chunk in the curve of each shrimp and place on skewer. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until pink and don't forget to brush the juice on while cooking. Can be cooked either on a grill or under a broiler. (I grilled them.) Serving: 4
