1 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated uncooked small spinach tortellini
1 - 1 1/2 lb cook shrimp
2 (4.5 oz) jars whole mushrooms, drained
1 cups white wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp lemon peel, finely grated
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a medium nonmetallic bowl, combine pasta, shrimp and mushrooms.

In a small nonmetallic bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over shrimp mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours to combine flavors.

To serve, skewer 1 tortellini, 1 mushroom, 1 shrimp and another tortellini on each cocktail picks.
