Rub
2 tbsp each salt, packed brown sugar and sweet paprika
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tsp each celery salt and garlic or onion powder
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
4 large portabella caps, about 1 lb
1 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat grill. Combine ingredients for rub. Brush mushrooms with melted butter. Rub half a tsp of the mixture on both sides of mushrooms. Grill, turning once, until browned and tender, about 10 minutes. To serve, slice mushrooms on an angle and serve with favorite bbq sauce. Serves 4
