2 lb salmon fillets
3/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp flour and lemon juice
1/4 tsp dill weed
Paprika
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup wine

Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and add fillets. Blend remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake, uncovered, approximately 15 minutes. Test fish for doneness with a fork. Serves 4
