2 T. olive oil or grape seed oil
4 salmon filets
Salt and Pepper
2 t. Wasabi powder
4 t. water
1/2 c. sour cream
Brush salmon with oil. Season with salt. Bake 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Dissolve wasabi powder in water. Whisk into sour cream, add salt to taste and serve.
