Herb Cream Cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp fresh oregano, minced
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Pinwheels
1 cup cucumber, cut into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 burrito size flour tortillas
Herb cream cheese
9 leaves red leaf lettuce
9 slices ham, sliced in half-and-half

Combine herb cream cheese ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Pinwheels: Place cucumber and red bell pepper. Pour rice wine vinegar over them and toss; set aside.

Heat tortillas according to package directions. Cool. Spread a layer of cream cheese over the entire surface of each tortillas. Place 3 leaves on the center of each tortillas. Remove cucumber and red bell pepper from bowl. Top with ham, cucumbers and bell peppers. Roll tightly lengthwise. Slice at a diagonal. Serve.
