1 1/2 lbs scallops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sherry
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 quart baking dish and arrange the scallops in it. Combine soup, sherry and mushrooms and pour over scallops. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Serve hot.
