1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tbsp coarse-ground mustard
3.In a small saucepan, combine cream and dill. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture is reduced to 3/4 cup. Remove from heat, and stir in mustard. Garnish with dill, if desired.
