1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (4 oz) chopped ripe olive, drained
Small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil and lime juice
1/4 tsp salt, crushed red pepper and ground cumin
1/8 tsp pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1 pkg (15 oz) tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients except cream cheese, eggs, onion and chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spread cream cheese on serving plate. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese. Arrange eggs on bean mixture in ring around edge of plate; sprinkle with onion. Serve with tortilla chips.
