24 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 (8.5 oz.) jar sun-dried tomato pesto
1 (8.5 oz.) jar sun-dried tomatoes, julienne cut and drained well
1 (9 oz.) jar sun-dried tomato spread
1/2 cup chopped pistachio kernels
Assorted crackers

Divide cream cheese. On plastic wrap spread half of the cream cheese into a rectangle about no more than 1/2 inch thick. Wrap in plastic and repeat with remaining half of cream cheese. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.

Place one layer of cream cheese on a serving plate. Spoon half of tomato spread and pesto evenly on top to the edges. Place second layer of cream cheese on top. Spoon remaining half of tomato spread and pesto evenly over cheese. Top with cut tomatoes and chopped pistachio kernels. Loosely press additional pistachio kernels around sides. Chill and serve with crackers.
