6-7 medium red potatoes, boiled until soft
2-3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, onion and celery
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp milk

Garnish: Red or green bell pepper, cut into thin rings

Peel and cube potatoes in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and fold into potatoes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with pepper rings.
