Makes 10 servings.
2 14-oz. can cut wax beans, drained
2 14-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1 14-oz. can cut green beans, drained
1 14-oz. can red kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped green sweet pepper
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
In a large bowl combine wax beans, green beans, red kidney beans, onion, and sweet pepper.
For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, dry mustard, and garlic. Cover and shake well.
Pour over vegetables; stir lightly. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours, stirring often.
