1/2 package frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
1 egg
1 tbsp water
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 lb sliced cooked ham
1/2 lb sliced cooked turkey
1 cup spinach leaves
4 oz sliced Swiss cheese

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix egg and water. Mix onions, pimiento and oregano.

Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 16- by 12 inch rectangle. With short side facing you, layer ham, turkey, spinach and cheese on bottom half of pastry to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with onion mixture. Starting at short side, roll up like a jellyroll. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Tuck ends under to seal. Brush with egg mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Slice and serve warm. Serves 6.
