3 tbsp maple syrup and chili sauce
1 tbsp cider vinegar and vegetable oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 boneless chicken thighs

Prepare barbecue for medium-high heat. Stir first 4 ingredients in a saucepan until blended. Brush chicken with oil, season with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken on barbeque. Grill until cooked through, turning occasionally and brush generously with sauce, about 10 minutes.
