100 snow peas

Filling
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp catsup
2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
1/2-1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Arrange snow peas in large bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand about 1 minute. Drain well and immediately plunge into cold water. Drain again.

Trim 1/4 inch from stem end and cut the pea pods about half way through on one side.

Filling: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place filling in a pastry bat and fill each pea pod. Chill until ready to serve.
