1 large onion and green bell pepper, chopped
2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 (12 oz) pkg rotini pasta

In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saute the onion and bell pepper over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients, sauteing until the shrimp are done and the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the next 3 ingredients, stirring until the cream cheese is melted. Add the hot sauce and onions. Meanwhile, cook the rotini, omitting any oil and salt. Drain and add to the shrimp mixture. Toss to mix well. Serves 4
