1 cup quick-cooking or regular oats
1 cup granola sweetened with honey
6 tbsp flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
5 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350. Combine the oats, granola, 3 tbsp flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Place peaches in an 8 inch square baking dish.

Sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour and stir a bit to mix. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and peaches are bubbly. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6
