1 large head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb (1 inch thick) deli ham, cut into cubes
1/2 lb (1 inch thick) turkey breast, cut into cubes
1/2 lb (1 inch thick) deli hard salami, cut into cubes
1/2 lb (1 inch thick) provolone cheese, cut into cubes
1 (16 oz) jar pepperoncini, drained
1 (6 oz) can pitted black olives, drained
1 (7 oz) jar roasted peppers, drained and cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 (8 oz) bottle Italian dressing

In a large bowl, combine all the except the dressing; mix well. Add the dressing and toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 8-10
