Dressing:
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder

Salad
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1 (11 oz) bag (5 1/4 cups) torn lettuce
1/2 lb thick sliced deli roast beef, cut into julienne strips
1/4 lb (1/2 inch thick) sliced American cheese, cubed
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 thin onion slices, separated into rings
1 to 2 tbsp chopped jalapeƱo chili peppers

Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl until well mixed. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss lightly. Serve with dressing. Serves 8
