1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
12 oz linguine, cooked al dente and drained

To prepare cream sauce, cream together in a blender the first 5 ingredients; set aside. Cook vegetables according to pkg directions; drain and cover to keep warm.

After the pasta has been cooked, place in a large serving bowl. Immediately toss with cream sauce and top with cook vegetables. Serve with additional parmesan cheese. Serves 4

Note: Cook the frozen vegetables with the pasta during the last few minutes of cooking time and toss with the cream sauce after draining.
