1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp rosemary garlic seasoning
1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
6 (12 oz.) strip steaks
Combine oil, lemon juice, seasonings, crushed red pepper in a large shallow pan. Add steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness over medium heat, turning once, approximately 15 minutes for medium. Serves 6
