1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 lbs New York Strip Steak

Combine all ingredients except steak, and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Trim about 1/2 inch of fat from strip steak. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Place in a pan and cover with marinade. Place pan in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Grill steak to taste. Baste frequently.
