1 box devils food cake mix
1 bottle stout beer
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
4 oz unsalted butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp Irish cream liqueur

For cupcakes: Preheat oven to 325. Add cake mix to bowl. Add eggs, oil, and stout beer to bowl. (Do not add water as box directs.) Mix on medium for 2 to 3 minutes until most or all lumps are gone. Place liners in pans. Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each liner so that each cup is 1/2 to 2/3rds full. Bake 12-17 minutes or until done.

For frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter on medium-high for 3-4 minutes until all lumps are gone. Add Irish cream and powdered sugar in two batches mixing after until just combined. Taste and add more Irish cream and/or powdered sugar to taste. Frost cupcakes, top with sprinkles.
