4 beef tenderloins, 1 inch thick
1 clove garlic, halved
2 tsp chopped parsley

Cheese topping
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
4 tsp crumbled blue cheese and plain yogurt
2 tsp minced onion
Dash white pepper

In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients; reserve. Rub each side of steaks with garlic and place in a broiler pan so surface of meat is 2-3 inch from heat. Broil 5-6 minutes.

Season with salt. Turn and broil 5-6 minutes. Season with additional salt. Top each steak with equal amounts of cheese topping. Broil an additional 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4
