First Layer:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix together. Spread in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Second Layer:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (softened)
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 8-ounce carton whipped topping
Mix well and spread on crust. Refrigerate.
Third Layer:
4 cups fresh peaches, diced
Place evely over second layer.
Fourth Layer (Glaze):
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp flour
1 small box peach jello
1 cup water
Mix sugar, flour and jello well. Stir in water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Cool completely. Pour over peaches. Refrigerate. Flavor is better if allowed to set overnight.
