Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 inch strips

Place marinade in a bowl and beat with a fork until combined well. Pour into a resealable bag and add chicken strips, toss to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat broiler or grill. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Weave chicken strips onto metal skewers and broil or grill 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning halfway through cooking. Serves 4
