1 canister refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 pkg dried spinach dip
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 small jar Giardiiera marinated vegetables, drained and chopped in a food processor
1/2 lb sweet cappecola
1 can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped in food processor
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts, roughly chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Press crescent dough on a round pizza pan. Bake according to package directions to lightly brown.
Combine 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese with 1 package any flavored dip mix in one bowl.
Mix chopped vegetables with remaining cream cheese.
Spread spinach dip mixture on crust. Top with chopped vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cappecola and chopped artichoke hearts. Sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan cheese and cut into small serving pieces.
