1/2 medium honeydew or cantaloupe melon
1/4 lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 jar marinated artichokes
1/4 lb provolone cheese, sliced 1/8 inch thick or cut into small chunks

Cut rind off melon and cut into 2 inch long strips. Wrap each melon strip with prosciutto and use a toothpick to hold in place. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving. Arrange the wrapped melon, artichokes and cheese decoratively on a platter and serve.
