15 cloves garlic, peel and cut in half
1 large lemon, thinly sliced
1 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp pepper

Place garlic and lemon slices in a pint jar. Heat honey to boiling and pour into jar. Cover and let stand several hours. Strain and discard lemon slices and garlic then pour back into jar. Add soy sauce and pepper. Brush on grilled meat. Good for pork, chicken and fish. NOTE: If cooking lean meat, add 1 tbsp oil.
