1 (4 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup orange marmalade
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
4 (8 inch) taco-sized soft tortillas
1 cup salsa

In a medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; stir to combine thoroughly. Spread 2 generous tbsp of mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving approximately 1/2 inch from the outside edge of the tortilla without the filling.

Roll up each tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove wrap and slice evenly into 1 inch pieces. Discard the ends of each roll.
