1 can (15-1/2 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 oz) red beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 oz) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15-1/2 oz) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can (8-1/2 oz) baby lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 to 3 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 bay leaves
1/8 tsp black pepper

Combine beans, ketchup, onion, bell peppers, brown sugar, water, vinegar, mustard, bay leaves and black pepper in 3-1/2-quart crock pot; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until onion and bell peppers are tender. Remove and discard bay leaves.
