2 lb hot sausage
1 1/2 cups baking mix
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped jalapeno pepper and onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder and chili powder

Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen.

NOTE: Can be frozen uncooked, then thawed and cooked as directed.
