1 lb bacon cooked and cut into chunks
8 slices whole wheat bread cubed with no crust
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Mix eggs, milk and mustard, stir in cheese and add the cubed bread and bacon. Place ingredients in a buttered 8"square pan and refrigerate tightly covered overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 and let the casserole stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before placing in the oven. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45 minutes.
