1 envelope Knorr French Onion recipe mix
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 lb boneless beef brisket

Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients except brisket in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add brisket and turn to coat. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours or until brisket is tender. If desired, thicken gravy. Serves 8
