1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out
1/2 cup salsa
2-3 tbsp milk
Tortilla chips

Melt cheese in a double boiler. Add the spinach and salsa to the cheese. Thin the mixture with milk to reach the correct consistency for dipping. Serve with chips.
