4 oz half and half
4 oz water or chicken stock
4 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out
cayenne to taste
8 oz sour cream
juice of 1 lemon

Mix all ingredients in stock pot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
