1 sparerib, cut into serving pieces
1/3 cup lemon juice, ketchup, packed brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup orange juice

Heat oven to 400. Place ribs in a large baking pan and bake for 40 minutes, turning once to render excess fat. Drain; turn oven off. Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Heat oven to 325. Uncover ribs and bake 1 hour or until brown, basting often with sauce from pan.
