4 oz tortilla chips
Cook spray
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 tbsp black olives, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Place chips in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add onion and next 4 ingredients. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken and tomatoes. Spoon tomato mixture, cheese and olives over chips. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
