1 lb large mushrooms
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped green onions and grated carrot
1/4 tsp salt

Wipe mushrooms clean. Remove stems and set caps aside. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, garlic and salt until blended. Stir in vegetables and spoon into mushroom caps.
