1 (5 lb) pork loin
1 lb bacon, raw
Black pepper
Maple syrup

Directions: Preheat oven to 450. Wrap pork loin with bacon. Place in roasting pan and put in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven then cover roast with foil. Turn oven down to 300. Place roast back in oven. Baste roast with maple syrup every 10 minutes (approximately 4 times). Cook until desired doneness, about 1 hour. Remove foil from roast.

NOTE: This is wonderful with Oven Roasted Red Potatoes3
