Marinade
1 bottle beer
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 (6-8 oz) sirloin steaks

4 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp oil

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag. Add steaks and marinade overnight. Drain steaks, reserving marinade.

Place marinade in a saucepan and blend in cornstarch. Stir to blend and heat until the sauce boil and thickens. Add the chopped green onions, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Grill steaks about 20-25 minutes, 5-6 inch from medium hot coals, turning once or twice. Brush the sauce on the steaks while grilling. Put extra sauce in a bowl to top grilled steaks when serving. Serves 4
